Lemina is still standing in awe of the sight that lies before her, watching a part of Lunar's history unfold in front of her eyes. The origin of the New Magic Guild. I don't know how, but my teleportation spell threw me back a thousand years! Incredible! Just as Lemina finishes her thought, she feels the magic aura again. Woah! That was really powerful this time! Gotta concentrate!
Lemina closes her eyes and focuses completely on the energy of the aura in order to trace it to its point of origin. All magicians of Lunar, past or present, have the ability to sense magic auras in their vicinity and analyze them: whether the aura is emanating from a good or evil source, how powerful the aura is, and also, with enough practice, track the magic aura to its source. The Ausa family has always excelled in the magical arts for generations, thus why they run the Magic Guild and why Lemina is adept in what she is doing now.
Lemina opens her eyes and looks to her right. The aura's source seems to be in this direction, the center of the city. Better go check it out. A smile of glee forms on Lemina's face. Besides, I can't pass up the opportunity to see the beginning of New Vane up close and personal!
As Lemina walks to her destination, within the soon to be New Vane that she knows of, she's taking in all of the sights around her: workers bringing in materials to be used for construction, cranes lifting up debris as part of the clean up process and she also recognized some buildings from her time that are now being built from the ground up. Lemina couldn't help but be excited! With my own eyes, I am watching the building of my home! The beginning of a new era of Vane that I am actually a part of! This is so mega-cool!
Lemina stops in her tracks; she now stands before her goal, the source of the magic aura she's been feeling. She stood in front of a building that is already completed. Lemina knows this building all too well. The New Magic Guild Mansion. How appropriate! Now I'll get to the bottom of this! Lemina steps forward and opens the door and looks around as she walks into the main hall and sees that this is indeed her home to be one thousand years from now.
She goes right up to the doors of the Guild's main meeting hall and opens them slowly. As she makes her way into the room, Lemina can see a young girl sitting at the end of the meeting table. The girl looks up at Lemina and gives her notice. "Welcome!" says the girl in a gentle voice.
The girl takes leave of her seat and walks towards Lemina. As the girl comes closer, Lemina begins to recognize her. It's her! I can't believe it's her! Except she's about my age! That explains why the aura felt so familiar! As the girl continues walk towards her, Lemina notices the grace of each step the girl takes.
The girl stops when she is face to face with Lemina. The girl is the same height as Lemina. She wears a purple robe that goes down to just above her ankles so that her black shoes can be seen. Her hair is like Lemina's, shoulder's length with curls, except that the girl's hair is black. The girl also wears a yellow ribbon in her hair, as opposed to Lemina's black one.
The girl extends her hand to Lemina in a gesture of friendship. Lemina accepts the girl's hand as she looks in disbelief and amazement at her, knowing that this should not be happening, but is anyway. I can't believe that I'm shaking hands with...
Lemina's thought is interrupted by the girl's introduction. "My name is Mia Ausa," she says. "What brings you to the Magic Guild?" And with that, Lunar now experiences the greatest moment of its history: the meeting of Mia and Lemina Ausa, the coming together of two generations that was once separated by one thousand years, now linked by their hands.
