Alex raced out of the cave to find five people standing outside of it.
One man approached the white haired boy. "So you found Alex," he said
"I sure did," replied the boy as he looked over his shoulder at Alex.
"What about Hiro?" asked a young red haired girl.
"I'm sorry," said Alex shaking his head, "but he was captured by Xenobia."
The girl hung her head.
"I'm sorry,"said Alex,"did you love him?"
The girl blushed.
Alex then saw the white haired boy laughing quietly. He strode up to him. "And just what is so funny," he asked him.
The boy looked at him, then hung his head. "I'm sorry," he said sadly.
Nall who had been sitting on Alex's shoulder piped up. "How come I'm getting really weird vibes from you two? It almost like we're connected to each other in some way."
The red haired girl gulped and looked at the white haired boy.
"It must be your imagination," the girl answered nervously.
"I guess," said Nall. He then whispered in Alex's ear. "Keep an eye on those two. They're definately hiding a secret from us."
"So let's go rescue Luna," said Alex to the group.
They raced away from the cave.
"Does anyone know where she is?" Alex asked.
"She's still at the springs," replied the white haired boy.
"So what are your names?" Nall asked them.
"I'm Ronfar," said one man.
"Leo," replied the man-beast.
"Jean," said the green haired woman.
"Mine's Lemina," said the blonde.
"Name's Ruby," answered the red haired woman.
The only one who didn't answer was the white haired boy.
Alex stopped running. "Are you going to tell us your name?" he asked.
"If I told you my name," replied the boy, "then I'd have to reveal a secret to you, and I'd rather not."
"What secret?" asked Alex
The boy looked at Ruby. "Looks like we have no choice," he said to her.
"You're the boss," she said.
"Do you remember when Nall said he felt a connection to me and Ruby?" the boy said.
"Yes,"said Alex.
"Well," said the boy as he and Ruby walked away from the group, "the three of us are connected to one another." He then looked at Ruby. "Are you ready?" he asked.
Ruby nodded.
"My name's Nall," the boy said to Alex.
The two of them were then enveloped in a bright light. As soon as the light faded, Ruby and the boy were gone and a red and white dragon were there instead.
"What the?" stuttered Alex.
The white dragon lowered his head. "Now do you see why I didn't want to tell you my name, Alex," he said. "You see, we're all from the future. And Hiro is as well."
Alex hung his head. "I'm sorry," he said.
Nall and Ruby morphed back into their human forms.
"Don't apologize Alex," said Nall as he walked up to him and put his hand on his shoulder, "you wre my best friend. Even after one thousand years I still miss you." He sighed. "Lucia was right. Ruby and I should never have come."
"Just who is Lucia?" asked Alex. "Luna said that Hiro loves her, but exactly who is she?"
"Lucia is the sister of the goddess Althena," replied Nall, "and right now she's asleep up there." Nall pointed at the Blue Star.
"But why isn't she on Lunar with Althena?" asked Alex.
"She decided long ago to remain on the Blue Star as it's guardian," said Nall, "but enough of this. We have to save Luna."
Alex nodded. "You're right," he said, "let's go."
Hiro awoke slowly to the sound of giggling girls. He opened his eyes and looked around.
One girl looked in his direction. "He's finally awake," she said.
The other girls looked over.
Hiro attempted to stand up, but found himself unable too.
"It's no good," said another girl, "you're chained to the wall. And if anyone tries to free you they're thrown halfway across the room with the magic Xenobia put on the chains."
"How can you be so sure?" asked Hiro.
The girls moved aside to reveal an unconscious girl lying on the floor.
"As you can see," said a third girl, "Marina tried to free you shortly after Xenobia showed up with you."
"And where is the witch now?" asked Hiro.
"The Magic Emperor sent her off to capture someone named Luna," said a fourth girl.
"By the way," asked the first girl again, "what's your name?"
"It's Hiro," he replied.
