Hiro regains his senses and quickly decides to return to Lunar but he doesn't know how. He goes to the top of the spire and examines a strange looking crystal device that he soon assumes to be a transporter of some kind.
"I don't have the power or the know how to operate this thing," thinks Hiro to himself. He walks into the circle of light, but nothing happens. He clutches Lucia's pendant tightly and cries a single tear, which suddenly activates the transporter, enclosing Hiro in a brilliant white light sending him to the top of the Blue Spire on Lunar.
Back in his house, Grandpa Gwyn notices a bright light descend onto the Blue Spire from his telescope and decides to investigate it.
"This same phenomenon occurred when Lucia first came to Lunar, and Zophar nearly destroyed us all..." thinks Gwyn to himself. "...Whom could this possibly be, and what menace could follow it?"
Ruby, in human form, accompanies Gwyn and teleports him to the base of the spire. As they make their way up then now abandoned spire, Nall appears before them, suprising Ruby.
"Nall?! What are YOU doing here?" yells Ruby. "We can solve this situation without..."
"Your arrogance might be your downfall red," interrupts Nall. "Something big's about to fall, can't you feel the shift in power? "
"Yeah," answers Ruby. "Whom or whatever is at the top of this thing must hold the answers."
"I'm sorry to intrude, but we must continue sometime this millennia," interrupts Gwyn. Nall agrees and joins them on their journey.
Visions arrives with Lucia in Vane and checks into the inn for a night.
"Well father, I've arrived in the city that ruined you," she whispers to herself.
As she covers Lucia up, she walks out side for a breather. "Was that boy on the Blue Star the one uncle Viscera told me about?"
Lemina and Ramus notice Visions standing by the memorial to Ghaleon and Lemina decides to speak to her, noticing Visions' aura of power.
"Hi there! My name's Lemina Ausa! And this fat sleazebag is Ramus."
"Greetings," blurts Visions. "My name is Visions D'Alkirk. A pleasure, I think."
"Nice to meet you Visions!" cheers Lemina. "Would you like to join the Magic Guild of Vane?"
Ruby, Nall, and Gwyn soon reach the top of the Blue Spire. They notice a human-like figure amidst a bright white light and slowly approach it.
Ruby stares at the figure and as she slowly makes it out, she cries "HIRO!!!"
Hiro wearily makes his way to Ruby's side, as she runs up embracing him in her arms.
"Oh Hiro, it's been three years! Oh, I've missed you so!" cries Ruby.
"Hiro lad, glad to see you again!" greets Gwyn. "How's Lucia? I'd thought that you'd two would be together."
"She's been kidnapped," answers Hiro. "And I couldn't save her."
"Kidnapped?!" shouts Nall. "By whom? Zophar been defeated for three years now."
"A woman named Visions," answers Hiro. "I'll explain back at our home."
