Nall continues to look through his father's old records, seemingly intrigued by what he reads.
"Hey Nall," sings Ruby. "Do you see anything about the Shrine Knights, or anyone else who might pose a potential threat? I kinda have a bad feeling about this."
"Hmm, let me see," states Nall. "Quark only wrote about the Shrine Knights, as well as the Shrine Maidens."
"Well then spill it!!" shouts Ruby.
"Starting off, Wiegraf Folles," reads Nall. "White Knight of the Astrostar Temple. He wears the armor of purity and drives away enemies with his holy sword."
"White Knight..." worries Hiro. "Whom else does it speak of?"
"Leon Magus," continues Nall. "Swordian Knight who's intelligent sword Chaltier is said to have tasted the blood of over ten thousand opponents."
"We'll be sure to avoid HIM." assures Ruby. "Go on."
"Viscera Cheyenne, Divine Knight of the Astrostar Temple and the select bodyguard of the Mother Goddess. He takes holy orders with his sword and is said to be the strongest of the Shrine Knights."
"A definite must avoid." adds Ruby. "Carry on, carry on."
"Izlude Tingel, Knight Blade and Viscera's childhood friend."
"What's a Knight Blade?" asks Hiro. "Is he another man that we have watch out for?"
"Warrior in despair devoted to the power of darkness." answers Nall. "The ominous shine of his blade slashes frightened opponents."
"Yep, we avoid him." states Ruby. "NEXT!"
"Arc Knight Slayzer Drasle, Air Pirate of Geltania. Also know to have skills as a magical fencer."
"Blah!" shouts Ruby. "NEXT!"
"Arc Knight Zalbag Beoulve, leader of the Southerland Guard and good friend to White Knight Folles. His Destroy Sword annihilates enemy parameters as well as their well being."
"Ahh, is anyone catching a...trend here?" quivers Ruby.
"Arc Knight Himura Kenshin. Incredible swordsman who can draw out various spirits through the blade of his katana."
"He doesn't sound too bad," states Hiro. "Whom else?"
"Exploder Wizard Darshu, also known as Dark Schnider. Vicious wizard who's power is unrivaled amongst ALL of Southerland. Commanding the powers of fire and thunder, he had earned the title amongst his peers of a Hell Knight. Even Zophar himself feared Darshu."
"DEFINITLEY a trend!" sighs Ruby. "I don't even want to ask who's next."
"Black Sorcerer Dark Fact." continues Nall. "Skilled as a swordsman and second only to Darshu in terms of magical power."
"Ahh...Hiro?" asks Ruby.
"Delita Hyral," continues Nall. "Holy Knight of the Astrostar Temple. Advisor to the Mother Goddess and most trusted amongst the Shrine Maidens. He destroys his enemies with his Holy Sword drawn from his own soul."
"And of course, we all know Ghaleon." Adds Hiro.
"Enough of them, what about the maidens?" asks Ruby.
"Shrine Maiden Lilith, young sorceress classified as a Caller. She can summon any monster to fight at her side at will."
"This is starting out like those Knights," scolds Ruby.
"Shrine Maiden Juliana, said to be the best swordswoman in all of Southerland. Her sword skill outmatches even Viscera's divine sword... hmm, a woman! I bet I can charm that sword out of her..."
Nall was once again brained for his comments.
"I think we've heard enough," implies Gwyn. "We're up against some serious professionals here. Not to exclude Visions herself."
"Be that as it may," states Hiro. "I must rescue Lucia from the clutches of that she-devil. For the love of Althena, she's my wife!"
"We will, TOGETHER," states Nall. "But we gotta find the others. We'll need a much help as we can get."
Hiro agrees and clutches Lucia's pendant tightly. He cries himself to sleep, as does Lucia from afar. She senses no danger to her persona, for if Visions wanted to harm her, she would've done it already. She also feels a rather serene feeling of safety in Visions' company.
Mixed emotions and a broken heart, Lucia slowly drifts asleep.
