Journey to Southerland

Jean and Co. arrive at Hiro's house just as Hiro and Nall were headed out.

"What the... Jean? JEAN!! Leo! Ronfar!"

Hiro runs up to greet his old friends, Jean hugging him in return.

"Hiro! Long time no see chief!" greets Ronfar. "Where's Lucia at? Did you two break up or something?"

"Not by choice," sighs Hiro. "I was defeated by a woman named Visions, and Lucia was kidnapped."

"Her again?" asks Leo. "She really seems to be leaving her mark upon this planet."

"Again?" asks Nall. "What do mean again ?"

"Lemina was nearly killed by that woman," sighs Miria. "She's Ghaleon's child for sure."

"Sons of Althena, is she okay?" asks Hiro.

"She's alive," answers Leo. "Barely."

"We've got to stop her," states Ruby. "But no one knows how to get to Southerland, it's hopeless."

"You give up too easily red," teases Nall. "Quark left us an incantation that leads to the gate of Southerland. I'M going, but YOU must remain here, okay?"

"WHAT?! ARE YOU CRAZY?" screams Ruby. "You are NOT leaving me behind."

"Black and Blue might need you help if something goes down on Lunar." explains Nall. "I'm quite sure that Little Ghaleon has friends."

Sadly, Ruby accepts the truth as Grandpa Gwyn stays behind as well.

Accompanied by Nall, four of Althena's heroes gather together and prepare to head out.

"Hiro!" shouts Gwyn. "Be careful, and don't let your guard down for a second!"

"And take care around those Shrine Knights as well!" adds Ruby.

Hiro agrees as Nall begins to speak the incantation. A bright light begins to swirl around them, and after a violent flash of light, they were gone.

"Aunt Sara?" shouts Visions. "Aunt Sara it's me, Visions. I've brought the girl with me. Aunt Sara?"

A rather serene looking woman came from the back room where she had been preparing dinner. She was quite attractive, her figure hidden by her full-length robe.

"Hello, Visions," she speaks. "Your scared young friend must be Lucia of the Blue Star."

"How... do you know my name?" asks Lucia, somewhat confused.

The woman sat down at the table before them and politely introduced herself.

"My name is Sara Tovah, oracle of the Mother Goddess. You wish to know why you are here, do you not?"

"Y... yes." answers Lucia.

"No need to be afraid, child," comforts Sara. "You are in no danger. Visions, would you bring our guest something to eat? She and I are in for quite an interesting talk."

"Yes ma'am!" sings Visions, leaving for the kitchen.

Hiro and company re-materialize into an open field, un-inhabited by anyone at the time.

"Wow," sighs Nall in awe, looking at the landscape around them. "This place is beautiful, it MUST be Southerland."

"This is a land inhabited by only Goddesses right?" asks Leo. "We should disguise ourselves before going any further. Hiro?"

Hiro agrees as he Ronfar, Nall, and Leo disguise themselves as best they can. With help from Jean of course!

"You four look bloody hell RIDICULOUS!" laughs Jean. "But it'll have to do."

As Jean helps them better their looks, a young goddess appears over the horizon and makes her way toward them.

"Think fast," whispers Nall. "Here comes someone!"

"Hi, how's it going?" greets the goddess. "I haven't seen either of you around these parts, may I ask your names please?"

"Oh, excuse us," answers Jean. "My name is Jean. This is Leona, Nalla, Rebecca, and... Helen! We had just come up here to admire the scenery, sorry if we intruded."

"Yes, the view is nice," answers the goddess. "I never really noticed it that much."

Ronfar stares at the goddess discretely, seemingly smitten by the woman's beauty. She had long red hair, violet eyes, and wore a one-piece swimwear-like suit with a long sword hanging from her belt.

Jean kicks Ronfar and asks the goddess of the whereabouts of Visions D'Alkirk.

"Oh, she's probably at Sara's palace," answers the goddess. "She usually goes there to eat and seek advice. I could show you the way if you'd like, I pass by there everyday on my way to the Astrostar Palace."

"Astrostar Palace?" thinks Hiro.

"Thank you for your kindness," squeaks Nall. "Miss ah... um..."

"Juliana," answers the goddess.
